**** cellphone insurance claim by TFG

I've been posting about TFG team for several times and they **** to me saying they'll assist me but they didn't. I llges a complaint 2 weeks back about my cellphone insurance that I claimed in June, and after writing my review here they promised to assist me but the claim was only "approved" and now they are playing hide and seek in sending their cellphone package or whatever they call it. I was told to wait for 24hrs until they send the email to one of their stores but it's been +- 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting. TFG just needs to close their money business, they need to stop treating black people as **** cus I'm very well sure that they'd never do this to a white person. I'll never spend my money on any of their store again, they've lost my trust!
