I would just like to say stay away from Foschini. Firstly I got credit from Foscini of over R16 000 and could not afford repayments as my instalments ended up over R1300 a month. So my credit was blocked and I was glad as I could not afford to make any more dept for clothes. Then I decided to pay off my balnce and brought it down to R10 000 , but then I skipped a month again due to unforseen reasons. Suddenly the next month when I wanted to pay again my balance was R16 000 again. They said at the till that I had purchased clothing even when my credit was suspended. I decided to then get a loan and pay off the R16 000 and not take anything on my Foscini account again. Then I bought a pantsuit for my aunt that she liked on saterday 23 March 2019. When she tried it on she did not like it though so I took the pantsuit back onto 24 March 2019. They told me they would refund the money back into my bank account. Today is Wednesday 27 March 2018 and I still have not received my refund. I never expected such *****ery at such a big company like TFG
With regards to your settled account, we confirm that your balance was brought down to R 14,888.29 and when no payment was received in November 2018 your balance increased to R15,163.63 due to collection and interest charges.
We then received another R1000.00 payment on the 29th November which decreased your balance to R14,472.75 as collection charges were added to the balance for the duration of time that the account was in arrears.
We confirm that you balance was at no point increased to R16,000.00 as a result of non payment and your final payment was for an amount of R14,521.15.
Kindly confirm if at which of our stores in Parow Centre you are awaiting a refund from and whether or not you have completed a refund request form in-store, so that we may escalate this matter to our Operations department for urgent assistance.
