Sales calls at inconvenient times
<p>At this very moment I am trying my utmost best to stay calm, but receiving a late night call from The Foschini Group for who knows what, makes my blood boil. Firstly, I know that I am up to date with my monthly payments, so it is not a call requesting payment. Secondly, I did not give permission to anybody at TFG to make calls to my home number at almost 21:00 at night. Thirdly, the call agents for TFG do not know the circumstances at one's home, so why not call at a reasonable hour? Could someone please address this issue, and see to it that sales calls be done better.</p>
