Rudest, unprofessional agent

I was called by a very rude collections consultant last month. She wanted me to pay before my payment due date because it was in the middle of the month and payment was made in November as per the statement sue amount. What type of a Circus are you running. I never miss a payment and i always pay more than the instalment. I need a very clear explanation to this because when i asked her, she was condescending
