Rude Julia

Today I was very disappointed with the service I got at Donna Maponya mall. A bad rude unmannered lady called Julis was very disrespectful in all forms you can think of. She started off with side remarks saying that I did not cover my nose which was very shocking cozz I did you can even go assess the cameras of that store. She on saying that if I don't cover properly I should leave her store because anyway she don't need my money. I still kept my cool because of how I was raised as she is older. The system did not work at Maponya the same person left me there and not tell me the system is not working properly I was left to sit there for more than 30 munites only when the friend came they told that lady to go withdraw as they will help her make a payment only when I asked why was I not informed to go withdraw she laughed at me. Julia is the worst assistant in that store. I have been with TFG for 15 years but tomorrow I will be closing my account as I was told am not needed. The only reason I kept my cool is because she is old but she need to taught what is customer service. Leaving a customer for more than an hour without explaining the issue is totally wrong.
