Rude call center agents.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding a call my mother had received from one of your agents from the number ***. During the call, the agent was rude, abrupt, and unprofessional. When discussing her account, she stated that she “don’t know how it works” and told her that she “need to learn how to manage her accounts.” I found these comments disrespectful and inappropriate. She had also requested the agent’s name, and she refused to provide it. Regardless of account matters, customers should be treated with professionalism and respect at all times. I request that this call be investigated and that feedback be provided to me regarding the outcome. Please also remind your agents about proper customer conduct and communication. Thank you.
