Rude , bad service and attitude

I was at Jet Kempton park to exchange my items , and a rude lady by the of Lekogang Rakgate *** @ 09:09:55. She called me and when I get to the till she then said I am coming back and she took hundred from her till and she went ...she came back with 2 R 50 ... she gave the other customer...and she then take my card ,swipe it and I was waiting and waiting I then ask what's wrong .... she rep**** the system is slow ... and ask her why u dont tell me that the system is slow after I waited for u to get chance and she never rep**** and she carry it on talking to her colleague...and the time she went to get change her colleague was there ... okay then the sale went through...and the time I was taking my plastic bags ... she then called another customer, while I am still standing there ...without saying thank you or I am sorry for the delay...to me was like go away *****. She has very bad attitude shame .I am not happy with her service at all.
