Made an online order, waited for the delivery that never came. First excuse was the business was closed, when I stay at a residential complex. Second excuse was there’s no one at home, where’s to gain access into where I stay, you need an entry code meaning you must’ve called me first to get the code then come into my place to conclude there was no one, so they NEVER came! When I ask for a refund they tell me the shirt must first come back to their warehouse, so if it’s gonna take 10 days to arrive it means I must wait that long, NONSENSE!!! They have no customer service, inconvenience customers and fail to make up by putting them first. NEVER EVER!! I’m warning anyone who will make an online order with TFG, just be warned!!!
