ROBBING OF 6 MONTHS INTEREST FREE ACCOUNT
BAD BAD BAD - I AM SO MAD, FURIOUS FOR TFG THAT PUT INTEREST ON A 6 MONTHS INTEREST FREE ACCOUNT. I DID COMPLAIN BOUT THEN HERE BEFORE THEY SORTED IT OUT AND FEW MONTH LATER SAME **** HAPPENED. THIS MONTH THEY ROBBING ME WITH A R451 DIFFERENCE FROM BALANCE TAKE OVER 6 MONTHS INTEREST FREE WHERE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE IT'S COMING FROM AS THIS ACCOUNT I PAY EACH AND EVERY MONTH AND NEVER IN ARREARS...WHY THEY KEEP DOING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER ON 'SUPPOSE' TO BE INTEREST FREE ACCOUNT'

We furthermore confirm that the difference in your balance from 12th January 2019 to 12th February 2019 is R1600.00 which is equivalent to the payment made to the account on the 31st January 2019.

27 Feb 2019, 13:21I don't think you know you are talking about...and yes whole difference of R451 is charge between difference of balance over 6 months interest free account. I receive a sms statement on 23/02/2019 saying my balance is R6222 with R1489 to be paid by the 01 Mar...so how the hell can you tell me no interest or amount of R451 charge.
Take Balance: R6222 divide into 6 month INTEREST FREE "suppose to be" then I get R1037 and that is where the R451 ******* coming in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to know where and how the **** you people get amount payble before 01 Mar(which I always pay before 29th monthly my account) R1489 when it must be R1037!!!!!!!!how da hell explain to me that MONTHLY ******* difference of R451?????????????????????????????
Maybe now you understand or can go into your systems and chec****!!!!!!!!!!!

27 Feb 2019, 16:59Hi Rochelle, we confirm that your instalment or total due is not calculated on a monthly basis but rather on the day that a purchase is made.
Each purchase will have its own instalment and that instalment will remain fixed for the duration of the payment plan it was purchased on, in your case that would be 6 months.
Each purchase you make will be divided by 6 and added to the instalment you have at the time of purchase.

28 Feb 2019, 07:52Please don't talk **** to me man this explanation is bull**** and don't make sense to me at all okay!!! How can I have a fix installment if my balance is coming down every month. For me is it does not matter when or how much I buy balance I take and divide into 6 than that needs to be installment. Like I did purchase 21/02/2019 R150 worth of goods then balance was R6 221.60 so blery divide into 6 then had to pay R1036.94 and not R1489 ******* of R452.06 so YA I know what I buy gets add to balance but still pay more then suppose like interest how da blery hell.
ha!!! Then I paid my account 26/02/2019 R1500 and balance now is R4721.60 AND IF I MUST DIVIDE THAT INTO 6 THEN MUST PAY END MARCH R786.94 BUT YOU ***** PEOPLE WILL LET ME PAY OVER R1000 WHICH IS ***KEN ******* MAN so don't give me *** response dont make sense at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
