Ripping customera off
They ripped me off. I purchased some items online using slit payment from store card and EFT. Then later after several times of following up on the order, they decided to cancel the order and said the product is not available.Then when they have to refund me they say all the amounts will go into my store card, but EFT amount doesn't go into settling my account but it just increases the credit limit, this means I will pay twice the same amount because when I use the card next time I will be owing them the money I have already paid.
