Ripp off

I want know my amount due I send the email to complaints and they way they so cold to a customer I am just being to contact pienaar attorney I was supposed to pay yersteday and I was told I can't pay as my account is been handed over I have been handed over since 2017 and I have been paying at the store wen I have to pay the remaining 100 and close this pathetic worst account I'm now being told I'm owing 1058 TFG is *********** ppls money can someone somewhere have the decency and have customer service to tell me how much I am owing I am not paying that 1058 because I don't owe this can u tell me how much I am owing and WHR should I pay because u blocked me from paying
