I've been an account holder with The Foschini Group for quite some time now.However a few months ago I found myself in position where I was unable to pay my installment.I called an made payment arrangements I was told that I paid a certain amount my account would be somehow protected and I wouldn't be charged collection fees.I'm still be sent collection sms and being charged collection fees.And the fact that you still readily charge people for insurance products that you know they wouldn't be able to cash up on because they accounts are overdue just proves how ************ you are.
