Ridiculous Service / Day Light *******

i took an account with TFG few months ago with a limit of R3000. I have used the account not more than 5 times, and i always make sure i pay my account in time and try to pay more than what im supposed to pay . My limit was increased i think to R4900 and since my limit was increased i have never used the account and when i check my statement , i have been debited R39.99 i dont know how many times , It seems like its the Megazine Clubs. and i cant remember signing for any of Magazine clubs , It seems like they have been debiting me since the account was opened .

i need all the amount for all Clubs megazine to be reversed , i did call last week and ask them to cancel them. i need all of them to be reversed or i am not gonna pay my account until all the amount is been reversed .i am loyal client but i'm not crazy and i dont like people who take advantage of me. And i also need prove where i signed up or agree to all the magazine club . If all the debits are not reversed kindly note the R600 i paid today was the last amount you going to get from me .

I dont care if you going to hand me over to your lawyers or blacklist me . I don't smoke ****. I work very hard for my money and i'm not just gonna let you Rob me Day light.

And if this is not resolved within 7 days i'm taking this matter to Consumer Protection Act Board and The office of the Consumer Goods and Service Ombud ( CGSO )

I need you to sit down and go through my statement since i open my account and reverse everything .

i want to continue with my account but only if this matter is resolved .
