Ridiculous level of Integrity with the staff at The Foschini Group

Shocking and pathetic service from The Foschini Group. No pride in their job, its been 2 months and my issue still has not been resolved. Their Customer Service and Credit team continue to give the wrong advice and have made me run around in circles for 2 months.
