They promised to send a voucher for winning s voucher based off my account I have with them. I bought Sandals at their N1City Truworths Branch,was told by the cashier to expect an sms. 10 minutes later the sms came through to claim my voucher. I tried claimed Steers voucher via the sms link which they never sent. Made a follow up and a case was opened. I suspect their agents claim the vouchers and use it for themselves.
