Return policy

I bought an item at the G-star Raw Pavilion store. Due to unforeseen circumstances I tried returning at G-star Raw Gateway store because it was on my way to the airport since I stay in another province Iwas rushing for a flight. They told me they do not take female clothes since they do not stock them I must go back to Pavilion. I begged them I even asked to call maybe head office for assistance. I was reading through your return policy it says nothing about gender differentiation. I think it is ************** in disguise. I am now stuck with something that I do not want and have to pay for it.
