Response of TFG on my previous complain

On the 6th of February I wrote a review on The Foshini Group and their response on the Gross Violations of the Basic Conditions of Employment of their Security Service Provider Thorburn Security Services. I also stated that The Foshini Group is not renowned for the proper training of their staff and their management is not up to standard for an international organisation that are preaching values but dont practice those values. In response to my review the ..... who answered stated that my issue was forwarded to the Area Manger and that it will take approximately 2 days to be attended to. The ........ who responded also requested my patience as they will attend to the matter as fast as possible but within 2 days, Today is the 6th day and I had no response from any ,,,,,,, from The Foshini Group. So my patience was tested to the limit. While working at the Epping DC of Foshini the following incident happen: (for protection of the employees their names will be ommited) A forklift operator who is classified black got fired after being found positive after being tested for alcohol toxication. A coloured machine operator who was caught on several occasions before and also on two occasions by myself did not even receive a warning. I am revealing all this information to a major newspaper to expose The Foshini Group for their bad Human Resource Management.No wonder they are failing to address Thoburns failure to issue me with a completed application to apply for my provident fund
