Request not honoured after being promised 3 times

<p>I called The Foschini Group 3 times last week requesting a simple paid up letter, I was promised that it will be emailed to me the next day which would have been Tuesday last week, I didnt receive anything on Tuesday so I called again and confirmed my email address - again I was promised that I will receive the email the next day, once again no email so I called them for the third time and I requested to hold on the line while they send it and they said Kouthar Sait will see to it that I get the letter in 48 hours and I still have not received this letter.</p> <p> </p> <p>How difficult can a company as big as this fail to meet a client's request for a simple email confirming that I owe them nothing? This is really pathetic.</p> <p> </p> <p>May I please get this mail already???</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
