Remove my number!

Highly upset and annoyed, a lady registered my number with you after opening account and you guys did not do your homework to call me and confirm and what is happening now is I am receiving account statement and account threats about this persons outstanding account, i called the customer service about a week ago and i was told the number is removed. Now I am still getting these and called again and the lady on customer service told me the number cant removed.

REMOVE MY NUMBER!!!!!!! I dont have this pathetic account
