RELEASE MY NUMBER!!!
Hi, its almost two months now trying to do a sim swap but I can't cause my number hasn't been released from one2one contract to MTN prepaid. Guys am pleading with you please release my number, I am missing out on important calls.. I cancelled this contract with you on 14 SEPTEMBER 2018 I was SHOCKED when MTN consultant informed me that my number is still under contract that I cancelled long time ago... please fix this, I've lost my patience now!!!
