Refused shopping because i was wearing a hoody

I was thrown out of a Jet store simply because am wearing a hoody in a cold and rainy today. It's disgusting that when you're a black person wearing a hoody you're thought to be a ******** and therefore should not wear a hoody. If a hoody is ******* why sell it then?. The guy said it's because your face is not visible but he was wearing a mask that completely covered his face. It's a complete violation of my rights and i am done with that store!.
