Refund Request

Good Day I'm highly disappointed with the quality of chuck 70 sneakers I bought at Sportscene, in July 2021. Firstly one of the shoe laces got torn in to 2 pieces, as I was tying me laces. Now the sneakers have lost shape, I re don't understand how. As I have been wearing converse sneakers for years. None of this has happened before, especially for a sneaker so expensive. I'm sending this review, as I still have proof of purchase and request a refund, before escalating this issue to the Credit Ombudsman Department.
