refund not paid

I have bought 2 pairs of shoes online from Archive and I only received one pair and when I inquired on the about this I was advised that the one pair has been returned to and I have to do I refund request and I did it and also send my banking details to the accounts email address. This happen December 2019 even now I am still waiting for my Refund. I am not happy about this because this is my money and TFG ****** me with false adverts. I want my money back ASAP.
