Refund not paid
On the 25th which was black Friday and they had a sweat pants online(italian Stripe sweat T Pants) in ordered and pay for the pants which was on stock at that time, to my surprise while waiting for my delivery I get an email from TFG that the pants could not be outsourced therefore it is now canceled since then I have been sending emails to get my refund at least with no vain
Firstly the item was available when I ordered it then why my order was cancelled
Secondly why am I not getting the refund now
