Refund my money as agreed!
I purchased a pair of sneakers online from Anatomy, paid roughly R100 using my foschini card and the remaining R2600 with my own cheque account. I returned the shoes as they did not fit. Spoke to two different people on Monday 18 Sept and Wednesday 20 September and was assured that the funds would be returned to the cards I paid with.
Today I check my accounts only to see that the full amount of R2799 has been credited to my Foschini account. UNACCEPTABLE. The agent I spoke to today 22 Sept gave me a long story about she's not sure the technical team will be able to reverse it. I do not care about your technical issues, that is not ny problem!! I am fuming right now.
You are basically keeping my money by putting it on my foschini account and FORCING me to spend it at TFG. Well I refuse. I paid with my own cheque account, return that money to my cheque account. Give me back my money or I will rather pay off the whole card and close my account for good. Nonsense
