Refund finally processed by TFG after 6 months
Following my review (16 February) of my online shopping experience with TFG Tarryn Davids of TFG contacted me on 20 February 2021 to have this matter resolved and I have finally received my refund. 5* for their swift response but 0* for only resolving this issue after 6 months. Thank you to hellopeter.com for assisting!
