REFUND
The absolute worst online customer experience EVER! They should NOT be trading online, horrible horrible horrible service! How can a company as big as TFG take this long to process a refund.Pathetic! Ordered on the 26th, order changed to on its way the 29th BUT NEVER CAME and comms was never received regarding the order so I requested the order be cancelled as I want my money back (I had to reach out to them numerous times). This was done Dec 4th to date no constructive feedback what so ever. Never been this ****ed off before. To be honest, I would rate them 0 stars if I could.

08 Jan 2020, 16:22Finally received my refund 4th Jan 2020 (2 weeks after escalation on HelloPeter and this supposed to be of ''highest priority'' wow not even surprised with you guys anymore, however please advise as to why I am liable for delivery fees of an item that was not even shipped??? I requested a full refund from the very beginning but you guys still failed and just refunded my purchase. It is now 4 days since I emailed you and no response.
