Refund

On the 12/12/2020 place an order,Order was supposed to arrive on the 15th,from that time to the 24 been put from Pago to TFG and I never received my order after countless calls.I requested refund as they could not find my order.On the 29/12 I send a mail regarding my money,NO RESPOND FROM TFG!31 one item was refunded and I called to asked why only one item was refunded not the whole amount that I PAID and it was one order!!TFG TELLS ME I NEED WAIT FOR THE PAGO THE BRING THE ITEM WHICH IS THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE IT IS TO BE IN THEIR WAREHOUSE BEFORE I CAN BE REFUNDED!!which is bull!!reason I had to request refund its because of their mess.I WAND TFG TO REFUND MY MONEY AS ITS THEIR FAULT AND PAGO THAT I NEVER GOT WHAT I WANTED!!
