Refund

I bought goods from @TFGZA on the 2nd of july n they never arrived till this day, i called them to ask from a refund atleast 7 times each time they said they have sent an email to logistics dept to cancel,Still nothing. Friday they told me its been 30 days they cant cancel my order anymore.who on earth takes more than 30 days to deliver goods. The consultants lie to me all the time n promise my money will be sent back, and one that said her name was LEE was very rude. I want to cancel everything that links me or my family members to this company because the service is phathetic
