REFUND

last week thursday ,i send my wife to buy my child a phone as christmas gift.she went to pretoria lkollande mall at exact clothing shop and buy the phone and pay cash. when we arrive at home ,we did give to the son,but we notice that camera is not functioning ,we decide to return to the shop today and we ask for exchange or refund because it still under 7 days gaurantee. we did explain to the the store manager who was rude to us and never bother to be polite for us and she refuse to give us refund or exchange . she instruct us that she will book it and we said we want refund ,she refuse. we ask her about refund policy of 7days,she didnt care and left us while waiting at the counter for 2 hours and she told us no refund and we can go and lodge a complaint . this is the rude store manager who must be discipline for talking to customers like this. we want our refund please because she can treat that phone as box OUT OF BOX FAILED ALSO WE ARE STILL HAVE 7 DAYS RETURN POLICY.
