Refund!!!!!
I ordered shoes online. First transaction my order was cancelled. no refund. I did another transaction and it was successful and received the goods.
I need my refund back. i have been calling, sending statements, everything. People in the online dep are confusing my order with the successful one. order number: p***
please refund me!!!!!!
