Refund
I am still waiting for my refund. I placed an order on the 26th. TFG then cancelled my order after I paid but I am still to receive my refund. I have phoned several times and emailed my bank statement over 3 times but no one responds. Last time I phoned I spoke to a person called Keziah who turned out to be quite useless. She promised to follow up and get back to me and never did.
