Received the wrong phone!

I placed an order of an iPhone 12 Pro 256GB at R10 999 on the April 2024. On the 10th I received an iPhone 12 12GB. I sent an email to the bash team to query this and I didn’t get too far with this. I was given a 25% off my next purchase but not excludes electronic and they offered to take back the phone and purchased the 12 pro at R14 999 I declined everything and continued to use the phone as I did not have phone to use. I did not get was was advertised online when I purchased the phone and no one has bothered to explained when the hell happened.
