Received shoes of the same foot

I am really flabbergasted at the level of service I have received pertaining my shipment - B***-01

Initially, the shoes that were delivered are of the same foot which is really unprofessional.

Secondly, I received an SMS stating that an attempt to collect the return was unsuccessful.

I’ve been working from home this week and have been at my workstation and no one called or arrived to collect the return (this was on Thursday)

I waited again the WHOLE day on Friday and the courier did not pitch

I also tried exchanging the shoes at Total Sports at Chris Hani Crossing, however, the cashier refused to assist me

Please refund me ASAP as my son cannot wear such shoes!!!
