REALLY SUCKY SERVICE !!

If I could give less than one star i would have!!! the service in general sucks, i ordered goods online never received it, no call from courier company nothing , no one pitched, then you receive e-mails saying that they tried to deliver , when , where ???you call the call centre and they cant give you a proper explanation or they put you on hold for forever/Then to top if off suddenly i get emails saying that my refund requests has been received?? i call /send an e-mail to say its a mistake i never requested it i would still like the goods , was told there's nothing they can do because they couldnt deliver my items so TFG just decided to do the refund request for me without calling or mailing me to check and verify and still no feedback on my e-mail. Seriously sucky and its so sad because once upon a time the service was good. So now will anyone call me or mail to confirm when the refunds will be processed??
