RE: TFG DOES NOT REPOND TO QUERIES RELATED TO PRESCRIPTION LETTERS OR PAID-UP LETTERS.
Good day,
On September 6th I logged a query requesting a letter of prescription or paid up letter with regards to an account (ref. CS-***) and was informed that I was under administration and to upload a letter of rescission regarding said administration order.
The rescission of administration order was e-mailed to TFG on the 8th September (no ticket generated), only e-mail confirming receipt of said document.
No one has gotten back to me regarding this and I will have to raise this matter now with the relevant Ombudsman or Regulator.

I would like to provide a follow up on this matter.
This morning I called TFG Debt Administration department and was advised by a friendly lady by the name of Jennis (hope I spelt it correct). the issue was that the e-mail was sent to the wrong department and as such said prescription letter could not be issued.
Jennis helped me and I sent her the necessary information and thereafter she should be able to assist with a letter of prescription within the next 2 days.
I of course will follow up then and provide feedback here.
