Quick, efficient & excellent service.

I have shopped online from more than one of the TFG Stores, and every single time it was just a pleasure and such an easy process. They are fast, efficient and the quality of the products are amazing!!!! I ordered a ring online from Galaxy, but it was to small. I had the fortune to speak to Caleb at Customer Care and it was such a joy to be assisted by such a friendly gentleman. I phoned on a Wednesday, the return item was collected on Thursday and on Friday I received my credit. Now if this is not service, then I don't know what is. Keep up the good work, I might just be one person but I will surely be a customer for life.
