Questioning your turnaround time
I opened an account with you on Saturday and I was wondering what id your turnaround time. The sales lady assured me that's its quick and easy however it's so long. Longer than any account opened. PLEASE ADVISE ME ON YOUR TURNAROUND TIME

There is no set turn around time for a new account application as they are subject to credit checks and affordability assessments.
The time taken to conduct these checks and assessments are entirely dependent on the information provided by the applicant and therefore can differ from application to application.
