****py service which lead to no trust from a consumer

The reason why I am rating one star up until this day since last year November I took my phone for repairs I haven't gotten it and now the worse part is which phone in the world would take 12 months to repair and I am not happy I will not buy from them again I don't trust them and I am going to close that account when I took this account in 2018 I was happy till I bought this phone at Exact Alexandra Plaza the worst shop the manager iss rude, the staff is now impatient with their own fault
