Have an acc for 2yrs missed 1 payment due to job reasons, been calling me everyday, picked up to confirm I'm starting a new job and will be paying it month end they asked a few questions and confirmed... still calling me about missed payment everyday there after when I already spoke to someone. Very poor and irritating. Cut me some slack I never missed payments and always pay full amount each month.
