Prescription letter

Hi

Kindly please assist with Prescription letter for my account as it has been prescribed as per NCR so i send to my counselor so i sort out my matter with them. I called and an Agent told me it has been handed over to DMC which is not true as i consulted them they said they don't have anything on me
