POPIA ACT VIOLATED, URGENT ASSISTANCE IN THIS MATTER

I would like to report TFG the Jets Secunda mall branch for going against the POPIA act, the rudeness of the teller and the response received which was disclosed publicly yesterday 22/09/2023. I had purchased a phone from Jets in July 2023. The phone got ****** during the month of September 2023. So I went to the stores with my case number and reported the matter. The teller then contacted the customer service for Jets, the teller had paid no attention to me and rudely spoke to me in the presence of other customers. Whilst speaking to the customer service I had to disclose confidential information whilst on loud speaker by the teller, she had insisted that my call be on loud speaker and the customer service requested my details, like my ID number, name and surname, Imei numbers etc, there were network issues so I was forced to speaking louder and repeating my details several times.. The teller then came up to me publicly and mentioned that my phone did not have an insurance and she also mentioned that a trainee assisted me when I purchased the phone, the trainee was using her log in. They never asked me for an extra top up on my phone for insurance purposes upon purchase. The teller Mpume said my phone was not insured so I cant claim. As per my documents it is on insurance. I explained to her and showed her the documents, she then mentioned that they just tick that but it doesnt mean I have insurance. She then shouted at me and said what am I trying to say. Note, All of this happened publicly. She expected me to ignore the document given and she claimed that because I bought the phone on account then it's not insured. I would like urgent assistance with this matter. As I was humiliated publicly and my issue of the claim was not resolved.
