Poor TFG service

I have a problem with tfg service, the time I opened the account, I specifically asked for a 6 month plan, but these *****s made a 12 months plan and now they say that it cannot be changed, though earlier they claimed to have changed it until I asked about the the interest and service fees charged. They are just ripping me off
