Poor service received for card collection
Horrible service, I app**** for a Foschini account online I was approved, when I went to collect the card they said it was blocked, how can it be blocked without even getting a card, poor service I was told to submit documents bank statements and id I said to them let me go to the bank and print out the bank statement they refused and said forensic was closed on Sunday, I'm always busy working during the week I only get a off day on Sunday, I'm really not happy with the service I received from this company.
