Poor service I have ever came across with

No one bothered to call me since i lodged a complain, i guess this is how insurance companies work they are fast to deduct our money but to render services its like a person is swearing at them, since i started to pay this insurance from 2016 till to date. Now they play hide and seek with our monies of which is not fair to us consumers. And u can imagine how i loose clients because the phone i am using which is not upgraded with advanced technology yet they are happy deducting my money every month, this thing really sucks miss one payment they will call you as if you have ****ed someone.
