Poor Service From TFG Online shoping

Poor service i received from TFG online shoping and as a regular customer i dont see myself buying online with TFG Group online after buying online 10 times nd this one was a mess. no one told me that my order is not available and they have to refund and after calling for two month requesting for the refund no one came back to me and i spoke to the supervisor he **** saying that i will get my refund within two working days only to find out that 4 weeks later he never processed my request for the refund. i am so unhappy and i wont advice anyone to shop online using TFG Group becaues when it comes to refunds you will wait morethan 3 months
