Poor service from Foschini

Did a cell phone claim more than a month ago paid my premiums every month. Premiums reflect on my statement. Now they say its not paid phone monitor numerous times they just said its asculated to Foschini headquarters a week ago. And did not respond yet poor service. My premium whas paid every month.
