Poor service from BASH !!! Shocking

I placed an order on the Bash app for a PlayStation on 24 December, with delivery scheduled for 31 December. The delivery did not take place. I received no phone call from the courier, yet the order was incorrectly marked as a failed delivery attempt. On 2 January, I followed up online and saw multiple failed delivery attempts reflected on the system. I then contacted Bash and spoke to three different agents, none of whom were able to assist me. One agent terminated the call without resolving the issue. This level of service is unacceptable. After sending an email to Bash, I received a response assuring me that the courier would contact me by phone prior to delivery so that I could be available. This did not happen. Once again, no phone call or communication was made. I was later advised that a delivery attempt was supposedly made on 2 January, yet no effort was made to contact me upon arrival or to notify me that the courier was at my gate. I subsequently received an email stating that a third delivery attempt would be arranged, with no date or time provided. I was told I would receive a notification once scheduled. To date, I have received no notifications for either the first or second delivery attempts, which makes this assurance unreliable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication, poor customer service, and repeated failures to deliver as promised. I was also informed that expedited delivery is not an option and that the order may be returned for a refund, requiring me to place a new order at the current price of R12,999, despite having already paid R10,299. I should not be financially prejudiced due to Bash’s failure to fulfil the original delivery. I expect clear communication and accountability. At a minimum, I require confirmation of the exact delivery date and time, with a phone call prior to arrival. It is unreasonable and unacceptable for couriers to arrive without prior notice and then record failed delivery attempts without making contact.
