Poor Service Delivery

I have placed an order on the Bash App, I chose Collection at Markham East Rand Mall. I received an OTP SMS to collect, I get to the store and my order is not there. I have written help emails to the bash support team, and they just come back with a respond that my parcel was delivered and accepted by Donny. The store denies having someone by the name of Donny.

This is a totally disappointing service by Bash online, because I am taken from pillar to post over something I paid for.

I do not recommend buying online with an option to collect.

Even now, I have logged countless tickets with no efficient help. I am told the matter is being escalated to the courier, now my parcel shows it is in Cape Town.

What a **** service by the bash team.
