Poor service both from TFG and Finrite
I sent my cellphone for repairs at the Claremont Main Road Store (Foschini) on 26 May 2020 and I have been following up with Finrite regularly and their never bothered to inform me that my cellphone is still and the store and I had to contact the call centre myself to learn these news. How disgusting when I have been paying my insurance policy every month hoping to be assisted one day only to find out I wasted my money.
